• Heavy Duty 800 lb axles with high speed tapered roller bearings. The spindle is over an inch thick with a true hub bolted on to a 2" thick axle.
• Huge high floatation, low pressure 25" x 12" x 9" tires handle the heavy loads, absorb rough terrain, and increase ground clearance. These are the largest tires available for any pull-behind ATV trailer.
• 2" x 2" heavy duty steel frame- powder coated for extreme durability in the harshest conditions.
• 14 gauge durable steel body on the Utility models which is completely powder coated along with extra reinforced welds and support where it is needed.
• Fully TIG welded, weather tight bodies on the Aluminum models ensure maximum protection from the elements. We are not aware of any other manufacturer who offers a weather tight pull-behind ATV trailer.
• All steel parts are powder coated for extreme durability and rust resistance.
• Tail/brake lights standard on all models for extra safety in low light or dusty conditions. We are not aware of any other manufacturer who offers tail or brake lights on their ATV trailers.
• Power brakes are a standard high performance feature on all the 1600 series ATV trailers. The brakes are simply operated by your quad's brake light system as our ATV trailer has a built in electric brake controller.
